4. Services Provided by BuildStack

A. Web Development

  • Custom web applications with scalable, SEO-friendly design.
  • No Google user data is accessed for this service unless specifically connected for automation (e.g., Drive file upload automation).

B. AI Chatbots

  • Conversational AI systems for customer support or lead handling.
  • Chat data is processed only within user-initiated sessions and not used for marketing.

C. Workflow Automation

  • End-to-end automation connecting multiple tools and Google services.
  • Google API data is used only as needed to complete authorized workflows (e.g., auto-creating calendar events, updating Sheets).

D. Lead Generation

  • Automated lead capture and follow-up systems.
  • User data such as email and form entries are securely stored for workflow operations.

E. Document Automation

  • Generation and processing of documents using templates and Google Docs/Sheets integrations.
  • Data accessed from Google Docs/Sheets remains under your control and is deleted after processing.

F. Content Creation

  • AI-assisted marketing and SEO content creation.
  • No personal Google data is accessed for this service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services. You may request deletion of your account or all stored data anytime by emailing support@buildstack.in.
